In this IC-focused role, you will own features end-to-end—from backend services in Python (FastAPI/Django) to modern front-end experiences in React + TypeScript—and deploy on AWS. You will also help deliver Generative AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock, while providing strong technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring. Strong English communication is required.
Job duties and responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across backend APIs (Python FastAPI/Django) and frontend applications (React + TypeScript).

Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with emphasis on Lambda and ECS (plus API Gateway/ALB, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC), ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Build and integrate Generative AI features using Amazon Bedrock (model selection, prompts, guardrails, evaluation) and can involve in orchestrating tools and workflows.

Design and implement RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval) and integrate with internal/external systems while enforcing access control and privacy.

Create automated tests and ensure code quality through clean architecture, refactoring, and thorough code reviews.

Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (IaC) to deploy safely across environments; improve developer experience and release reliability.observability (servability (logs, metrics, tracing), performance tuning, and on-call/incident support as needed to meet agreed SLAs.

Provide strong IC leadership: drive technical decisions, facilitate design discussions, mentor teammates, and communicate clearly with stakeholders in English.
Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience building and shipping web applications (end-to-end ownership preferred).

Strong backend development with Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI and/or Django); solid API design (REST), validation, and error handling.

Strong frontend development with React and TypeScript; experience with component architecture, state management, performance, and modern build tooling.

Hands-on AWS experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems—especially AWS Lambda and/or ECS—plus core services such as API Gateway/ALB, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and either RDS or DynamoDB.

Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation) and comfortable supporting releases across environments.

Strong engineering practices: automated testing, code reviews, clean architecture, debugging, and performance tuning.

Security-first mindset: IAM least privilege, secrets management, secure API design, and familiarity with common OWASP risks.

Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts (prompting, evaluation, safety/guardrails); hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or RAG is a strong plus.

Ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders; strong spoken and written English.
