Enouvo IS (“Enouvo”, “we”) is a software engineering company headquartered in Da Nang, Vietnam. Enouvo is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it:

• Consultation requests (contact form): first name, last name, email, organization, location, job title, inquiry type, and your message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — only with your consent, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Responding to your inquiry — our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Sending the newsletter — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics and marketing measurement — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

4. Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in our content management system (Directus), hosted on our infrastructure. When you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, data is shared with Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4); Google may process this data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

• Consultation requests: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookie consent record: 180 days, after which we ask again.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal).
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in the EU.

7. Data processing for clients

When Enouvo processes personal data on behalf of clients as part of an engagement, we act as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28). A DPA template is available on request.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to cookie use will re-trigger the consent banner.
