As a key bridge between clients and delivery teams, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-sales team to analyze client business needs and propose suitable business solutions.
- Quickly understand and clarify business requirements, specifications, and workflows from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation, functional specifications, and solution recommendations for internal teams.
- Support proposal preparation, requirement discussions, workshops, and client presentations.
- Analyze business management processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business value.
- Act as a bridge between clients, Pre-sales, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Job requirements and qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in supporting Pre-sales or client-facing activities.
- Strong understanding of business management processes, operational models, and business value analysis.
- Ability to quickly capture, clarify, and document complex business specifications and requirements.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Fluent English communication (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and international clients is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in domains such as: Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS, AI-powered products
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, etc
- BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus
