We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (Junior BA) to join our team and work closely with clients, Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.

This position is suitable for candidates who have a strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and an interest in working in a professional software development environment.
Job duties and responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.

Analyze business processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.

Create and maintain BA documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, user flows, and other relevant documents.

Support the team in requirement clarification during development and testing phases.

Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

Support UAT activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business requirements.

Follow up on requirement changes and ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned.

Continuously learn and improve knowledge of business analysis practices, product domains, and software development processes.
Job requirements and qualifications

1+ year of experience working as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-
Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Ability to write clear and structured User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Able to communicate and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage assigned tasks independently
Nice to have:

Experience working with international clients.

Knowledge of UML, BPMN, wireframing, and business process modeling.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of REST API, databases, SQL, or web/mobile applications.

Experience participating in UAT and supporting QA/testing activities.

Relevant BA certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP.

Good English communication skills and confidence in joining client meetings.
