GPG Checkout: One Page for Every Payment
How Enouvo designed and built GPG Checkout for Global Payment Group: one branded, hosted payment page that accepts cards, GPG Click to Pay, MoMo, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, backed by a full merchant portal for branding, transactions, settlements and reconciliation.
The Challenge
Every payment method Global Payment Group's merchants needed, from cards to MoMo, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, meant another integration, another dashboard, and another manual reconciliation at the end of every day. Customers were also bounced to generic gateway screens at the exact moment of payment, so conversion and brand trust leaked away at the last step.
The Solution
Enouvo designed and built GPG Checkout: a hosted, PCI-handled payment page that carries each merchant's own logo, colours and amount, and accepts every method on a single page. That covers Visa, Mastercard and Amex with GPG Click to Pay, MoMo, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, and one-tap Apple Pay and Google Pay. One integration, one settlement.
- Payable invoices and links: every invoice, payment link, email request and e-invoice opens the same branded checkout, for a fixed amount, an open amount or a subscription, with card-only and QR-only variants per scenario.
- Self-service branding: merchants set background, text and button colours, upload a logo and configure redirect and webhook URLs against a live preview, so nothing needs a developer or a redeploy.
- Mobile-first checkout: a true mobile layout with bottom-sheet bill detail and express wallets on top, not a shrunk desktop page.
- Full merchant portal: dashboard of volume, sales, voids and refunds with a payment-mix chart; searchable transactions with drill-down, refunds and receipt export; settlements, payment advice and reconciliation; users, roles and permissions; API keys and webhooks.
How We Delivered
A phased rollout across roughly 17–19 weeks of core delivery: a two-week discovery covering merchant and method needs, the branding model and settlement data; three weeks of checkout and portal UX design; an 8–10 week build with fortnightly demos; then a four-week pilot with one live merchant on real settlement before portfolio-wide rollout, onboarding and support.
Results
- Every method, one page: 7+ payment methods on a single branded checkout, with one integration and one settlement instead of one per method.
- Merchants brand their own checkout: colours, logo and redirect URLs are self-service with a live preview, so no developer involvement or redeploy is needed.
- Transactions to settlement, one place: a single portal replaces the separate exports previously pieced together by hand for reconciliation.
