What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Mid Talent Acquisition to help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (included in the probationary period);
  • Plan to build a quarterly recruitment program;
  • Build up the sources of candidates via job posting channels, websites, employment agencies,…;
  • Screen CVs, execute phone interviews, take HR round interviews for qualifying candidates and advise to manager;
  • Negotiate offer and send offer to the candidate;
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience;
  • Develop Employment Branding through creative and inspired posting, image for fanpage, website, job fair,…;
  • Guarantee fluency of the recruitment process & support members of the recruiting team
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Other tasks by Manager

Job requirements and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment field;
  • Good network with market workforce;
  • Good sense of human being;
  • Interview and assessment skills;
  • Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within a timeline
  • Good verbal/non-verbal English
